had no luck in a Dell XPS until I updated using the Crucial M500 U03 firmware. Worked great after that.
On the broad scale, there is quite a substantial gap between solid state drives that offer up massive storage capacities and those that offer blazing performance, making the process of choosing a drive that offers both to a certain extent rather hard.
The improvements of a solid state drive over a traditional hard drive, in our opinion, are nothing short of astounding. So scintillating is the difference that you'll wonder how you ever survived without one.
Sleek design; Excellent incompressible data results; Great value; Massive storage capacity

Fast and reliable SSD, as most Curcial products are. It might not be the fastest one around but works perfectly to replace a regular HDD on and laptop/desktop, and now starting windows and opening programs is a whole lot better. highly recommended.
Great drive with lots of speed. Hope it lasts and doesnt crap out after a year or so. Downgraded it because it didnt include an adapter for a 3.5 slot.
Great drive; Gave me the extra speed I needed for the computer I use as a small business server
said comes with a adapter but I had to order one that would work in a 3.5 slot
