I purchased these for work, where I use them for online video production. The audio is super crispy on these, and the versatility with aux, USB or wifi is really appreciated when I'm changing between a camera, PC/mac and audio mixer. The build quality is great, I don't see any connections breaking for a long long time. The ear pads are a little shallow, so my ears touch the headphone, but this isn't a big problem. It would be great if they could have built in Bluetooth as well, but they already have a lot going on. The mic is good quality for business casual, but obviously not for professional production. These are the best in class for their price point.

I've researched on this headset very carefully to make sure it was worth my money. I saw some reviews saying it was poor and didn't live up to is promise, but not one actually gave a detailed description on what was considered to be "bad" within this product, which in my opinion was ambiguous and misleading. The headset works according to its specification. It's wireless capabilities, sound and microphone performance works very well. This will vary due to malfunctions and such, and so you might be unlucky if you end up getting a faulty headset which I recommend getting the warranty and receipt ready for a replacement in case anything happens to it. I finally decided to buy a decent pair of headphones after years of using mediocre ones for gaming, music and video streaming and I can honestly say I’m blown away. Due to the high price and small amount of negative reviews I was quite sceptical these headphones wouldn't be as great as I anticipated but they are even better than I thought. The build quality of the outer phone casing and headband is fantastic. The aluminium supports feel sturdy and tough with a beautiful powder coating and milled bevelled edges. The microphone is removable and has a button near the attachment that allows you to turn it off and on easily. The memory foam ear pads and head pad feel soft and durable and are great for extended gaming (5+ hours) which I do often, and I feel no ear achiness or get minor headaches anymore which my original headphones used to give me. Bought this about a fortnight ago, very comfortable and very good audio quality. Wireless range is very good and probably has the best mic on any headset I've ever used. Equal quality to high-end microphones with variable settings.

Recently bought this and so far have been very happy with this product. It almost immediately worked after installing the iCUE driver software and also has both good microphone and sound quality. Would recommend this to anyone interested in buying this.
