Bad customer service, the chair has issue when it arrive. Contacted them 3 times, no any repl. Not recommend.

nice and sturdy, lots of adjustments. only thing that could be better is a slightly softer cushion.

The chair itself feels nice, 180 tilt backrest so you can lay back, adjustable armrest to fit your size. Its just that my delivery took a while and got lost at one point, also the packaging was very questionable, ripped and messy. Other than that, chair itself is nice

100% worth the price! Being a bigger guy I find the that conventional "butterfly" mounting brackets that most chairs have ended up breaking over a relatively short period of time. The new Multi-tilt brackets are the way to go! Coupled with the backrest tilt they allow you to find your perfect sitting position and holds in place solidly. The adjustable lumbar and head pillows are a great touch also. The cushioning of the seat is very firm which takes a little while to break in but with that being said still feels sturdy and less likely to perish over time. This is a great chair for its price. Easy to assemble, and very comfortable. Good head and lumbar support too, and it's quite large. Very happy with my purchase.
