Best value cisco switch; easy to use

Wow! What a dud by Cisco! Tons of 'error's show up on various ports, but other switches report no errors. The network takes a LONG time to show up when you first boot a PC. It seems like the 'Save' icon is ALWAYS flashing, even after saving!?!?
