I blind bought Dolce Vita several years ago because I'd heard and read good things about it. First spritz and smelled intense cinnamon, nothing else. Reached for it tonight (late autumn) and was surprised it isn't the bomb I first experienced. I intend to chase down the heliotrope note this winter.

Christian Dior Dolce Vita Perfume
This perfume has a really sweet scent and in my opinion it is perfect for winter, fall and spring but not for summer because in the summer we need lighter flower and fruit secents. This perfume is not light, it is heavy and there's no way that people won't notice you if you wear it.

A bit sweet
Had this years ago and loved it, but found after treating myself sometimes best leave things in the past, a bit too sweet and sickly for me now, goes to prove how ones taste changes over the years.

Christian Dior Dolce Vita : Perfume Review
Christian Dior Dolce Vita is what I would call an abstract dessert , a fragrance that has a mouthwatering effect without smelling like a candy bar. It is a cedarwood compostion delicately layered with stewed peaches and dusted with cinnamon and vanilla.

"Dior Dolce VIta Perfume....."
I have a number of different perfumes in my collection, I have reviewed many of them and I am reviewing one that I brought some time ago, that is the Christian Dior Dolce Vita perfume. I have tried a couple of the Dior fragrances in the past and have found them all to be very likable.
Pros:
- Floral and fruity mix is great
- well designed
- long lasting
Cons:
- To heavy for day wear

A lovely feminine fragrance which has fruity and woody notes
Each summer I buy a new a new perfume because I like certain aromas to remind me of different times in my life. I am going to Italy for the summer and so I thought my choice of Dolce Vita by Dior was rather fitting.

Dolce Vita
It opens with a lot of cardamom, which reminds me of Kenzo Jungle l'Elephant. When it dries down, the sandalwood is dominant. The vanilla and the cinnamon are not very strong on me, not that sweet type in L de Lolita, but just enough present to 'feminise' the fragrance.

Another ORIGINAL by Christian Dior (Dolce Vita)
Dolce Vita is just that--a day out of the Good Life. It can be casual or formal. It's a sunny day, with daffodils and cedar trees. It's definitely Italian, and I can imaging Gina Lollobrigida or Sofia Loren wearing this one. It's class, elegance, and the smell of affluence in one round bottle!

This perfume is a special favourite of mine i just wanted a treat as you cant find it around much anymore
