I am a big gourmand lover and I bought this blind, quite certain it would hit the spot. Unfortunately it was a disappointment, just straight up vanilla and not complex at all. Boring. Generic gourmand if there could be such a thing. Nothing at all like the masterpiece it is sometimes compared to.

Unique...not in a good way
The bottle is beautiful, but after using up my sample I have to say that I really don't like this. It is sickly sweet and synthetic to the point of being a little nauseating. I can't quite put my finger on what it smells like, I've actually never smelled anything like it in my life.

not up to the standard, like poison
It was okay but not that great, fade very early, not up to the mark.

Ok so she's back doing another perfume op but this time on a product I didn't actually decide to chose myself, which is nice because it meant I had no prior expectation. It was a present from my dad as it had just launched in his shop (1997) and because I'm a typical girl and love all things...

Average
After reading all the great reviews, I was expecting something really special. As a friend of mine described it when I got them to smell it, it's pleasant but that's about it. To liken it to Angel is an abomination, it's nothing like it at all (Angel is one of my all time faves).

Try before you buy (I know that's tricky to do)
- - - - - - - - - - - The fragrance - - - - - - - - - - - really tried to love WISH; it contains so many of my favourite scent notes. Plus, I love how it applies bitter, and then dries down to a sweet, creamy vanilla/caramel scent. I do love the contrast between the top and base notes.

Chopard Wish
It's sexy, warm, and I absolutely love this scent. If you like patchouli you will love Wish..When I wear this fragrance I receive rave reviews on how well I can wear the fragrance.... Wish. It will be my signature scent forever.
