Cherry is a name by now you are probably very familiar with. They are the makers of the mechanical key switches that are in many of the best gaming keyboards out there. If you didn't know they also make their own keyboards.

It is hard to argue about the quality that Cherry offers, and as such the MX Board 6.0 is a very welcome addition in a slowly becoming saturated market of mechanical keyboards. I will say this though, in all honesty the looks I feel are a little dim, as well as the feature-set (compared to others).

Unlike most other hardware that gets swapped out frequently, the interaction between a user and their keyboard is a lot more intimate. It is a device that is literally touched every day and is almost an extension of the user's personality.

Out of the blue, a very nice gentleman from Cherry Corp UK asked me if I'd like to review their latest mechanical keyboard: the MX Board 6.0. It's quite shiny, with 100 levels of red backlighting, Red Cherry MX switches, and full layout and slightly low-profile keycaps.

Extremely well built, nice bright lighting, big/small step lighting adjustments, just a keyboard with no extra junk like USB hubs or sound/mic ports; It's also heavy too which makes it not move in the most intense gaming moments; The responsiveness and registration of keys is on a whole other level
