Good features: Pyrolytic Cleaning facility, Good heat retention. Cooking timer- yet to work it out. Grill tray with rack, has no tray support to to slide tray in/out. Shelf must be removed and placed on top rung of side slides to raise height of the grill tray to position under upper element, for grill operation. Possibly as a cost saving improvement for the manufacturer not the customer. Beyond the loss of thus feature I can recommend this product for use.

This product is great. You can't go past a Aussie built product. Truly amazing and our food comes out better than expected. I would recommend pay the extra dollar to get quality product.

I love the way the oven is very clearly marked, the instructions easy, heating is fabulous and the cooking times are terrific. Try cooking Pizza in this oven - you will never buy takeaway again
