Items works as expected but....I purchasd this on 08-04-19 and paid extra for CarePak Plus. When I tried to redeem, offer for CarePak plus had expired 2 days before I purchased the bundle. Option is to either get a refund or return the entire thing. What I really want is the extended warranty.

Awesome printer. Easy to use and prints out great quality photos. Bought it as a birthday gift for my 15 year old son and he loves it and I do too!

Two flaps broke off in the first five minutes with careful handling .The two ways it said to connect to wi fit did not work so I found a third way to do it. Then it said that the brand new cartridge that came with it was the wrong size then empty !!
