The Canon PowerShot G7 X III is a compact, well-priced camera which offers very good image quality, a fast lens, good ergonomics and the ability to stream live video straight to YouTube. Its lens isn't super-sharp at wide-angle, video autofocus is so-so, and live streaming is difficult to get working, but overall, it's a good value for the money and well worth considering.

I'm pleased with this compact camera so far. I'm a photographer who also owns a full frame Canon slr so this is a nice camera to take when out and about with friends. It's a really good size and versatile.

Although the Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark III has a lot in common with its predecessor, I think the addition of 4K video and the live streaming capability make it a worthy upgrade. It looks set to become a very popular camera amongst vloggers and anyone looking to reach an audience quickly and easily.

Great little camera and the 4k video with no crop is stunning. Saves me lugging my big DSLR's about if I want to travel light. Was initially getting an overheating message when using 4k , but seems to have resolved. Light portable, decent battery life and beautiful results from such a small camera
