I purchased this for work and we all love it. I have the template programed on all of our computers and all we have to do is connect the printer and print. I wish I would've purchased one for each one of us. I will be checking out the sale flyers to purchase a couple more.

...you are going to buy the cheap 3rd party labels. Brother's original label are about 2 times more expensive than "no names". Good print quality, very fast, integrated cutter. I'm printing about 100 labels of different sizes a day.

This is a great machine when it actually works! I am having problems connecting it to my PC even after installing the disc! USB not recognised is the message that I see more often than not! Very temperamental!

wont get invoice with the product. Not able to install in laptop or desktop. Not working at all. No service centre in INDIA. seller only sells the product, if any complaint you have to contact US that is manufacturer. one of the wrong product I got.

I brought this last week, and it makes label printing much eaiser and faster. We are a small office and I would recommend it as its very easy to use.

Brilliant label printer that is cheap to run and very quick to understand. The included P-Touch software gives good control over the printer from Windows PC and the ability to build a database log of addresses over time. Seems to be a pattern in all the reviews of giving 5 stars - so no change here.

Purchased as a replacement for a Dymo label maker. Bought on the basis of price which, in hindsight, not a good idea. Software takes long time to load, instructions poorly written, lots of experimentation needed to make it work the way you want.

This label printer is smooth and I love the label cutting function! No ink to replace and it comes with two rolls of labels (one large and one small). Please pay attention this is NOT a portable label maker.

had a few issues setting it up but all is good now I got this at staples for 79.99 plus tax and rec fee.
