Brother MFC-L3770CDW

If you're working in a higher-volume office, you should spend a little more to get an AIO with consumables that will cost you less in the long run, such as the $399 Brother HL-L8360CDW .

Relatively fast; Excellent print, copy, and scan quality; 50-page single-pass ADF; A myriad of mobile device connection options, including NFC

High running costs

OK for home use

Good print quality but disappointed in number of pages printed. The ad claims that you get 3000 copies with one cartridge but I'm having to replace the cartridge after less than 1000 copies. And that's using only 600 dpi! The scanning function works well.

One Outstanding All-in-One Color Laser Printer

I upgraded to the Brother MFC-L3770CDW to consolidate all my office communications / printing requirements into a single machine. Now, having used the new Brother printer to the extent of its capabilities, I can honestly say that it has surpassed my expectations / requirements in all aspects.

Another great MFC product

The MFC printer models have always served me well. They continue to function reliabily even in extreme conditions (dust, heat n cold, fluctuating power etc). This new model is proving to be a great workhouse for my home business & study needs.

Multi-function devices, or, MFD as they are known are generally large and bulky. However, the Brother MFC-L3770CDW was a pleasant surprise to us. This is a compact MFD that is perfect for homes and small businesses.

The printer gives the user a lot of features that can be used in any job. You can scan with ADF and flatbed, convert the scan to JPG file or PDF, scan directly into an email, store the scan on PC or a flash drive, fax the scan, print in color or BW, print on one side or both.

Wired OR wireless, NOT both

Unboxed and switched on. Installed software to set the printer up. First items says to turn on the wifi on the printer console and then let it set itself up. Printer immediately tells me that by enabling wifi it will disable the wired connection.

Brother MFC-L3770CDW Review

The Brother MFC-L3770CDW ($399.99) is an entry-level color laser-class all-in-one (AIO) printer designed for relatively light use in small and home-based offices and workgroups. It has the same list price as our current Editors' Choice, Canon's Color ImageClass MF634Cdw. But compared with that Canon, the Brother model's paper input capacity is higher, it prints faster, and it supports near-field communication (NFC), the protocol that allows you to connect a mobile device to the printer by simply touching the former to a hotspot on the latter. Overall, it provides better value for your company's money—just enough to edge the MFC-L3770CDW into the Editors' Choice slot for entry-level color laser-class AIOs. A Laser by Any Other Name The MFC-L3770CDW is part of a seven-machine upgrade to Brother's line of LED (light-emitting diode) printers. Instead of deploying lasers to etch a page image on to the imaging drum prior to transferring it to the paper, LED printers use an LED array to...
