Possible one of a the best purchases ever made. Pretty much as automatic as you could get.

Bought this on 18/08/2018 and (touch wood) no problems with it up to 23/09/2020. Easy to clean and operate. I'm a bit of a coffee-fiend and find the Moccona Coffee Capsules No.10 a very nice drop. I use this machine every day. Did have one incident when the machine leaked, but after cleaning, it never repeated this problem. I also stand it on a tray so the leak was contained.

I have had this machine for 18 months. I have had the frother replaced once as very unreliable. It would make great froth then on the next use, virtually no froth, even though using the same milk. Have maintained the machine as required. Now the frother is basically just heating the milk with a very small amount of thin froth. The coffee tastes fine but pretty disappointing as I have returned to spending money at coffee shops to get what I like. Can't be bothered chasing it up again with DeLonghi.

I purchased this model when it was first released in 2012. I had to replace it last month after 8 years. The best coffee machine I've used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Breville CitiZ&milk Coffee Maker makes a very nice cup of coffee... my preferred coffee is Lavazza & I sometimes make a 'Double Lungo' to get myself up & going in the morning... It is great to be able to have a great coffee done so quick & easy in the Breville CitiZ&milk Coffee Maker.. Also the reange of Nespresso Coffees is rather extensive... Enjoy... I do :-)
