6 months after purchase, the toaster locked up and wouldn't release the finished toast. The handle then broke off. Typical high-branding-masking-low-quality junk.

I LOVE this toaster! I have been so annoyed with my old toaster that wouldn't toast both sides of the toast and would not fit a full size piece of sourdough. Now I can toast either 4 pieces or a long piece of sourdough. And it toasts evenly on both sides. Thank you!!
