Very powerful & quick after cooking on a cooktop that was over 20yrs old. Highly Recommended!!

Igniting the elements requires the safety thermocouple to sense heat from the flame or the gas will turn off. You often have to press the igniter for up to 30 seconds to get the flame to stay on. Apart from being annoying it is probably shortening the life span of the appliance. If I had known I would have looked for one without this feature. Wifey wants her 25yr old cooktop back.

I love the look of this and the fact that the flame adjust is so easy

This bosch cooktop adds tremendous value to a rental property kitchen. A fair price with great functionality able to please any tenant.
