I bought this to help my teaching while in lockdown and I have no doubt that this is a great piece of hardware but I have spent three weeks trying to get it to work with my computer and am yet to have much luck. The GHUB software won't install and the Blue Sherpa Software won't recognise the device is plugged in. Customer support from Blue Sherpa has been appauling and not at all helpful. If I use the microphone on an older machine it will function as the default microphone but I wouldnt have outlaid all the cash for something that didnt have hi-spec functionality. So, it looks great, it works (just) but ultimately not worth the cash.

It's bigger than I was expecting. An impressive thing. Sturdy with a very heavy base. Impressed by what it can pick up and very happy with how I sound when using it. The four modes work just as described. Worked straight away when I connected the USB. Totally worth the investment.

I bought this about a month ago as my mate was complaining my headset mic was way too quiet and unclear. This may be a bit overkill for just discord, but its audio quality is fantastic. There were some reviews complaining about the logitech G Hub integration, but i have had no issues at all. Some advice though, invest in a pop filter for this as it improved audio and background filtering even further, and buy a quality usb on/off switch so the mic isnt on constantly and you dont have to keep constantly unplugging it. I am very happy with my purchase and will buy Blue again when the time comes.

I'm very happy with this Yeti X. Easy to use, just plug and play.

I’ve already own a Yeti mic and the Yeti X is even better. Only negative is that the mute/unmute LED is a bit faint so I had a situation where I did realise the mic was muted and thought it was faulty for a bit. Silly me. The other LEDs are bright. And all the colours are customisable so if you’re into RGB lighting you’ll love it. The built in voice effects/EQ is great too.
