Really helps with my knee pain.

This is a good heat pad & does work well. I was a little disappointed in its size as it is not as wide as I had hoped. It is long but fairly narrow. Other than that it seems to do the job.

Bought this because my feet get cold in winter while working at my desk. It gets nice and warm but you can always put it on the lower setting if its too warm for you (there are 3). And the auto switch off is great forgot to turn it off just the other day but it turned itself off. I have size 8 womens feet and the size of the pad is good for two feet when sitting naturally. If you have feet that are a much larger size, it might be a bit squishy when you have the pad the way it is shown in the photo. But turning it the other way, so it is talk rather than wide, could work well. Havent tried it on other parts of my body so cant comment on that. The surface of it is super soft.
