First time buyer for a heat pump dryer. Why didn’t I have one of these before!? Fantastic product, we are a family of 5 and it’s been a Life saver, especially when trying to dry school uniforms mid week on a damp day. We’ve done towels to light cotton wear, always comes out dry. And so easy to empty out the water tank after each use if you don’t have the hose fitted to a drain. We can’t live without this now!

Does a good job drying only been a month so waiting to see if power usage improves over conventional tumbler. Does seem to run longer cyles. Love now not humidifying the room and is quiet. Recommend hooking up to the drain.

Love the dryer. No condensation. Does take almost 3 hours to dry clothes. But doesn’t use that much power. So amazing how much water it extracts. Very happy so far. Thanks
