The headphone jack on these snapped in my laptop after six weeks of use, and the customer service from Apple (who owns Beats, apparently) was nonexistent. They wouldnt do anything for me except tell me that they
I bought these headphones last year. The first pair I received I had to exchange because the right side didn't work. I got the second pair and wore them maybe 4x. I put them on today and again the right side side does not work. Too much money for only using 5x.
Had the head phone for 2 months and pugged it into my mac book and the metal cord got stuck and broke off into the computer. Contacted Apple spoke with a rep and he stated this was common problem and they had me send back the head phones then emailed me back and said they was misused and would not...
Good with bass, not good bass
With the EP model, Beats delivers a stylish headphone with cable connection and hands-free functionality that should please consumers seeking a balanced sound for playback on mobile devices.
My partner loves them. Great price.
The Beats for you
Price; Minimal design; Not as bass heavy as other Beats products; Playback controls work nicely (on iOS
Still clearly skewed towards emphasizing the low end; Build quality is questionable; 3.5mm cable is not removable; Can not skip between tracks on Android; No folding hinges or swiveling ear cups; Uncomfortable headband
Bought myself a pair of these, am not disappointed, good sound and very comfortable on, worth spending a little more on for a better quality of sound.
The Beats EP may be a simple, wired, on-ear headphone, but it's arguably Beats' best headphone for the money.
Reinforced with stainless steel, the affordable Beats Ep is sturdily built and sounds good for the money; It's relatively comfortable for an on-ear model and includes an inline microphone for calls.
Doesn't fold up or fold flat; on-ear design has its downsides (clamps down on your ears).
