I find that when I'm playing a game and talking to friends I can't hear my friends because everything is the same sound and there is no volume control on the headset to change anything

I would not recommend buying this headset. The main issue being that the packaging makes the headset appear wireless and they are not. The package also says that the headset is 7.1 surround sound. Come to find out after purchasing them, they are VIRTUAL surround sound.
It just not comfortable for long time wearing, your ears will hurt so bad,If you using this for PUBG the 7.1 just won't work for you!
