ASUS cheesed me off mightily about 10 years ago with their customer support being in the toilet and this is the first product of theirs I have bought in about a decade. I do bear grudges. This monitor has the exact same panel as the Samsung 4K.

Used this monitor for about a month now. The control panel is a bit tricky at first but I got used ti it. I used a you-tube site to learn the features and functions of this monitor. My video card does not run 10 bit color and its hard to find a manufacture who indicates this capability.

all i can say is get this monitor! Gaming resolution is a 60hz at 3840x2160. This is as fine as it gets!!! AWSOME

You've gathered by now that the PB287Q and monitors like it represent a new class of desktop display. If you're looking to upgrade or to build an all-new system, this monitor should definitely be on your radar.
The growth and adoption of 4K resolution panels (most commonly 3840x2160) has really been the biggest story of the past year or so in the world of PC gaming. After a couple of TVs that ran at 3840x2160 over HDMI at 30 Hz found there way into our offices, the first real 60 Hz 4K monitor that I got...
