Asus (PB287Q), 28

Used this monitor for about a month now. The control panel is a bit tricky at first but I got used ti it. I used a you-tube site to learn the features and functions of this monitor. My video card does not run 10 bit color and its hard to find a manufacture who indicates this capability.

"Good Panel, Annoying menu and some odd quirks"

The Good: Excellent picture quality. The height and rotation adjustment on the stand is excellent. 60hz over display port 1.2. The Bad: Display port 1.2 isn't enabled by default so you have to figure out how to enable it before you can get 60hz at 4k. My monitor doesn't line up with the base.

asus = gaming

Im loving it, this is a great asus monitor, that 3840 X 2160 resolution at 60 hz is amazing for gaming

Great monitor - only held back by my laptop's hardware

This is not perfect with my older MacBook Pro (mid 2012), but as close as it gets. I was looking for an external monitor for my MacBook Pro, but Apple states, that it only supports up to 2560 by 1600 pixels on an external display.

Fantastic!

Great monitor, excellent colour, easy options etc... Image fades a lot when in Portrait mode, bit awkward to get into the plug ports, would have been ideal if there was a frame or bracket available so I could mount a 2nd monitor above, I will be buying another 1.

Not good for 2 inputs, RAPID repl. is a gimmick

The monitor has a problem dealing with 2 inputs - I have my Surface Pro 3 connected to Display Port and Comcast Cable box connected to HDMI. While I'm using the monitor with my computer if the computer goes to sleep the monitor unfortunately switches from Display Port to HDMI on its own even though...

An affordable, powerful 4K monitor

This machine isn't perfect, but it produces perfect images, especially if you're nowhere near sunlight. Photographers, designers and videographers will love this unit.Anyway . I had a problem with screen tearing at the start then I've checked some reviews and that is very common problem .

ASUS PB287Q 28" 4K UHD Monitor 3840x2160 1ms GTG 2xHDMI+DisplayPorts,

Very pleased with this monitor and the service provided. Arrived promptly, contains all the cables needed (which was a bonus surprise). The resolution on videos and so on is huge and pretty impressive and there's some nice features like the A4 page overlay from the menus.

Asus was among the first manufacturers to jump on the 4K monitor bandwagon, and back in October 2013 it led the charge with the wallet-crushing £3,000 Asus PQ321QE (web ID: 384841).

Being the proud owner of a 28-inch 4K monster should be reason enough for men to want to be you and women to want to be with you. But are all those extra pixels actually worth the massive financial investment required?
