Well pleased

I like this monitor, it's the best monitor I've owned. I suggest that since an owner's manual isn't included, Best Buy should remove that note from this product's online description. Or change the wording to "Quick-Start Guide" included.

Very good monitor

Quad HD resolution (2560 x 1440) Samsung LPS panel. It has very good color reproduction out of the box. Once I calibrated it with my spyder 4 elite edition, the color reproduction was superb. Black levels are great, so are white and grey colors.

Good monitor until button issues make it unusable

Bought this monitor in July of 2013 for over $550, which was a good price at the time. The monitor had a dead pixel or two on arrival but that doesn't bother me. It was otherwise well constructed and did the job. Since the beginning of 2015 I noticed that one of the physical buttons went dead.

Asus PB278q So much easier on the eyes

I do not find any problems with back light bleeding through as some have noticed. When using the monitor in day to day it really is not even noticeable. Now if I try specifically to get a screen full of one color or medium toned background then I may notice a small amount of variation in light...

Great monitor for 2012 Mac mini!

Using this monitor with 2012 Mac Mini. Purchased a mini display port to display port cable through amazon to get full resolution. If not, and you choose to use hdmi, the display becomes enlarged/expanded. The monitor has excellent image quality.

This monitor was a replacement for my 6.5 years old Dell U2209WA aimed mainly for photo-editing. Although a nice device in general, there are several noticeable caveats such as (1) uneven brightness and color from dark/yellowish on the left to bright/white on the right; (2) somewhat dull colors...

Excellent Monitor, great price!

As a professional photographer, I was in search of a monitor that delivered color accuracy in sRGB. This monitor as certainly met my expectations. The built in speakers are great for listening to the news. I wouldn't "rock out" with them, but they serve in an excellent utilitarian role.

Asus PB278Q review

The PB278Q is a 27in IPS monitor with a large 2,560x1,440 resolution, and is very similar in specification to Viewsonic's VP2770-LED. It's another highly-adjustable screen with excellent picture quality, and is ideal for working on multiple documents or with complicated applications such as video...

Great Monitor

I was worried about buying a new monitor and did a lot of research before purchasing this one. I wanted a monitor that could handle both photo editing and gaming. This one can. Only had it a couple of months but so far no problems. Great colours and detail for photo editing and gaming is brilliant.
