Easy to install and set up. Excellent coverage, able to filter activity and very clear images. Able to zoom, capture with camera and talk through speaker . Highly recommended. Great sense of security , just what I wanted

So easy to install and getting a notification to my phone when someone arrives at the door is so reassuring. It’s 4k and makes a difference when you zoom in on someone’s face. Family feels safer. The little camera light has already made a stranger walk away from my door even though he was just loitering jsi. his phone. It’s a good deterrent.
Easy setup and the picture quality is amazing. You will need UFB to utilise these cameras fully. Quick notification when there is movement on the property and i like the function where you can talk live to people on your property. No real downsides with this product
Had my Arlo Ultra 2 for just over a month and the system is good but it has some limitations. 1. Video is not that clear for a 4K camera, 2. WiFi range of the base station is a weak point for this system. Other than that, the system is great. User interface is great, as is the quality and feel of the products.
Had Arlo’s for many years and didn’t really mind upgrading to Ultra2 however the 7 days cloud recording I like on my older system isn’t available for these ultras so only option is to pay subscription this is a huge negative IMO Cameras work fine had warranty issue already on one due to significant battery drain 2 days due to motion constantly being detected and recording for minutes at a time - when got the new replacement I lost the trial and camera records nothing until I pay to subscribe Not the best method to keep customers
Poor wifi coverage if the cameras are installed outside. Overnight dew on the cameras render them useless.
Have had the camera for a while - about 2 years. Have to say it is very slow to use. I have the camera and the receiver box/wifi box, very close. Essentially 2-3 meters apart. The camera is outside and the receive is behind a glass window. Have also tried it with the Google Hub. Its too slow if you want to use it to check if someone is at the door, as by the time it loads, anyone there would have already left.
Watch out with this product, the box says that its included 1year plan trial (but it's only for 1080p resolution, and not for the 4k which is the full potential of the cameras). What's the point in get this free plan then if not allowing you to explore the full potential of the cameras? When buying at the store I have been told by the seller that in the price I have a free plan, but haven't explained in detail (perhaps by mistake as box is not clear) what was included on that plan. Also these are not working properly at home. It should record in 4k at home (live stream) but not working... Arlo support haven't been able to support. 2...view more
The worst purchase and security cameras I have ever dealt with. I feel ripped off completely. Batteries last 1 day if you are lucky. Constant notifications which can be turned off for 24 hours Max. Avoid this system do not buy
I bought this a month ago and the battery just does not hold charge on all three of my cameras. It last max a day and a half and then loses battery. They advertise and say it should last 6 months, that is false. I'm lucky if mine lasts two complete days.
