We bought the set and one camera did not work. The supplier replaced it. Within a week, three of the other cameras stopped working. We got one working. We have been unable to find a way to contact Arlo for support regarding the other two. There was an initial link offering three weeks back up service from Arlo but when we didn’t click on it straight away the link disappeared. The first camera which worked is still working and is great. Everything we wished the other cameras were. If they all worked like that it would be an excellent product. It seems our cameras are faulty. Very disappointed in this product.
