Love my Apple Watch! It's beautiful and sleek and works just like it should. I wanted it for the heart rate monitor function to be able to stay in a target heart rate zone during workouts and it's amazing! Also love the meditative breathing exercises built in to the phone!

I have alwasy been sceptical about these "watches" but I love my Nike Apple Watch 5 . Easy to use, fantastic features / Apps it really is top notch. great value for money if you can afford it go for it.
