Beware of false and misleading sales practices from the Good Guys. I paid for the MacBook at the end of October 2021, and finally received it in February 2022. At the time of the sale, it wasnt made evident that they do not have the product in stock and that it was going to be a back order. Multiple calls to the contact centre and visits to the local store did not help either as each of them kept blaming each other with absolutely no recourse given to the customer. One of their staff members even boasted that they sometimes have customers who wait for 6-7 months, as if I this is some sort of achievement! Even when they had the product at the warehouse, they took nearly 2-3 weeks to dispatch it, despite repeated calls to their store. Had to file a complaint with the ACCC. Hope they do something to stop these practices. No wonder Amazons taking a massive share away from these types of businesses. Ill not be purchasing anything from these jokers again.
