my parents bought me this after having a windows laptop that just kept crashing and deleting my work, so they bought me this MacBook. It is really fast, the sound and display are amazing and I love the keyboard.

My MacBook shut down without warning three times on the first day. The battery was well above 60% and it just died until powered by the adapter. I called apple and they confirmed that they are getting similar complaints for this model. For the first time I am disappointed with Apple product.

I have had Apple products for years and this one didn't disappoint, a quieter tracker pad than my last laptop, although that could be because the last one was the first ever MacBook Air, so is many years old.

I had a really great customer service experience. They let me upgrade to a more powerful computer even though I was 15 days over the 30 day limit.
