I was definitely nervous about buying this product from reading the reviews. Best money spent! My MacBook came in the same box from the factory. I can't use keynote, GarageBand, etc because it's connected to another user. But no biggie for me since I'm don't use those programs anyways.

Arrived on time in good shape. Coputer is much faster and better picture than our 4 year ols mac book. Very satisfied.
