Can plug HDMI straight into my Monitor, Can connect my MacBook Air power pass through with USB-C, connect two USB 2.0 and still have a spare USB-C port for anything else. Easy to use plugs straight into the 2 USB-C ports on the side of my MacBook Air. Used for 2 weeks with no hassles, Makes docking at home easy, simply pull the dock out and take your laptop to work with you. Only negative it requires a flush fit so have to remove my clear protective case from top/bottom of MacBook Air but that's only a small inconvenience.
