Acer Predator X34P 34" Curved Nvidia G-Sync Gaming Monitor , 3440X1440 , 4ms , 120Hz , HDMI+Display Port , Speakers ,

I've been through falty X34a and X34CK models of this monitor and I gotta say with the X34P they finally got it right. It seems they've addressed the quality control issues with a new panel, mine reaches 120hz without any errors.

+100Hz refresh rate. Actually makes me better at sniping +Better better colours than my old 4k TN panel. Colours better than cheap IPS as well! +Low input lag even compared to TN. No more "WTF, I clicked in time!" +Resolution is high. Acceptable coming from a 4k panel. Youtube looks meh.

Experiences vs my old Dell 30"

I got this on a great sale, but even then this is by far the most expensive display I purchased including TVs. I always end up purchasing high end hardware as I tend to now only get new computers every 5 years. I'm coming from a Dell 30" U3011 which is 2560x1600 16:9.

Features as specified; Runs at 100Hz as indicated by the monitor's G-SYNC FPS indicator; DisplayPort Audio to the screen's speakers

Bottom bezel thickness different than side and top bezel side; Pixel matrix is a few millimeters over the backlight and mask therefore; due to parallax; the edges are not visible from wide angles when sitting closer to the screen; No swivel (turning left and right) from the monitor stand; Clumsy OSD...
