I was unable to use with any success untill I connected a wireless mouse its working fine now . I can't connect it to the internet using WiFi as I need a security code from the manufacturer

I bought this for my 12yr old son as he will need a laptop when he starts year 7 next year. So far, so good. He seems very happy with it and was excited that it has windows 11. Great value for money.

I'm very happy with my purchase of my first ever laptop (even though I'm not far off from my 54th Birthday). This is the first ever computer of any type I have had to use at home or elsewhere. I found it to be very easy to use, and has done everything I have needed to do thus far. With the Microsoft 360 Personal package & Norton Security package I purchased at the same time from The Good Guys I feel that it was great value for money & peace of mind.
