Does what it says on the box. If you’re not going for any heavy overclocking then there’s nothing wrong with a B660 board and you may as well save your money over a Z690. My only complaint with this board specifically is the RGB backlighting on the board itself stays on while the PC is off. Not a big deal but a bit of a pain when I have to go to sleep.

I've been offered a Windows 11 install with this kit so MS think it's ok, but I'm sticking with 10 for a while longer. Very happy with the outcome at a very moderate price.
