I purchased two of these on advice from a PBT sales person. I was originally looking for ASUS monitors but so glad I purchased the AOC monitors. Really great IPS panel for a cheaper price. They look great too. 165HZ is via Display port.

Coming from a 35" ultrawide, the shift is quite jarring. The change from a curved screen to just a flat screen gives a fish eye lens effect but after a few days, you get used to it. The 165hz is very smooth coming from 75hz and is much appreciated, however it feels as if there is motion blur involved where there isn't. Had to tinker a bit with the colours and turning on and off the monitor makes my drivers freak out a bit. All in all, the monitor is good if you wish to only game and watch a few youtube videos on the side. Productivity is obviously compromised by the smaller display.
