What problems

It seems that there were issues with the 1st WD Red disks released on the market. The issues seems to be fixed now, at least from my experience. 4 out of 4 disks working well.

I didnt buy these drives for performance, I bought them for massive storage. PRODUCT IS USED AND OUT OF WARRANTY. Went to WD to register it and got warranty expired on 10/5/2016! When I pull SMART data it shows 1735 days power on time! that's older than the PC i put it in!!! DO NOT BUY FROM AMS TECHNOLOGIES INC THEY WILL SHIP USED TRASH TO YOU

I never would have imagined these drives would not arrive in working condition. I've always had good luck with WD drives. These came making a loud clicking noise and couldn't be recognized for formatting.

Recommended drive for NAS
