The cooktop works ok when it works, but that is the problem that it jams up and then the only way to get it to work again is to turn off at the isolation switch fitted by the electrician and then wait and turn it back on and then it seems to go again. I contacted Good Guys a couple of weeks ago about this issue and have not had any response yet!
