This product gives pleasant tasting water, much better than our tap water! It is only recommended if the price is reasonable. At some prices in the marketplace, it would be cheaper to buy bottled spring water. The Sunbeam water filter and this cartridge are both quite expensive products, but, as this is the only cartridge to use with the water filter, without it the Sunbeam water-filter is useless.
