I bought this a month ago. It was just what I needed to record my sermons. It is easy to use with nice clear buttons and has a great record sound quality. Also very easy to transfer to my computer with a built in USB plug. A really good buy for the price.

All working as expected. A small device to carry around. Fully satisfied.

I have looked at many digital voice recorders, but this is the only one that really impressed me the most. It is an ideal size and so easy to use. Perfect for the job!!

First impression: Perfect for capturing song ideas on the fly. Haven't explored all the features yet but it certainly serves my purpose. Capturing song ideas can be difficult to relate or describe when using paper. Those fleeting "flashes of inspiration" can be lost in the translation.

About Sony LCD-PX470. I have purchased a few recorders that have cost over twice the price I paid for this one. From Sony, Zoom, Olympus,and Tascam.This is very easy to use. Has great settings for sensitivity and a great size.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The audio quality is excellent for the price. The microphone is sensitive enough to pick up sounds across a 20' room yet has a strong filter that can be set to ignore most noises that aren't in the vocal range.

Bought in late November of 2017. Used once a week for 2 hours. It Is no longer a charge. Works for maybe an hour and shows battery drain. Replacing the rechargeable batteries makes no difference. Disappointed. Have bought Sony recorders for years and never had a lemon until now.

Sony build quality, small size, fantastic stereo sound quality, slot for micro SD card (but not M2) no USB lead needed and nice styling.
