good hard drive, does what we need. no complaints

Using it as an external disc to backup my data. Works as designed.

Was in a RAID1 array luckily, so was able to recover. But it was the first time I've had drive failure in less than a year of use. Sadly, the other drives in the NAS is exactly the same model.
