Purchased 1st January Good guys keeps sending me emails and texts to let you know what I think I think this is BS Go elsewhere. It has been a month. It is an air-conditioning unit. It is hot. It has not been installed still waiting for your contractors to do that - Everything is paid for just playing the waiting game. Gotta love that because we all know everyone buys big ticket items NOT because they need them rather to have them sitting in boxes in your studio apartment Im also waiting on my fridge which was in stock ready to be sent out 10th January.... So I purchased only to be sent updates that they dont have it and now I have to wait til eternity. 30 days without a fridge is a very long time 30 days without cooling in the heat is a very long time And countinng. Do not buy online Do not buy without accurate delivery times I'm stressed, out of pocket $6,000k, just waiting. Does exactly what we wanted it to. Keeps room cool which has multiple heat sources. Air direction is great. Very happy.

Great Smart unit, Top of the range. highly recommend.

It looks good on the wall and if you have a samsung phone you can control it over the app. Great features.
