Bought this to add an older parallel receipt printer to a newer PC. Works well, no issues so far. Bit of a chore to configure older devices - but that isn't the fault of this card.

Had to load drivers for Win 7, no problems.
Excellent product and installs much easier than the instructions given in the manual. A big plus being the option to provide 5 or 12 volts on pin 9.
Good features, Works for me under Windows 8.1 (64-bit).

installation manual does not say that you must install the driver before adding the hardware If you do otherwise you will get a blue screen A newer driver is available on StarTech website
