Our old Rinnai heater died so we went to the shop and chose a new one After it had been set up by the plumber we were amazed at how efficient it was and easy to operate.Now it warms the whole house(our house isn't very big)Just in time for the cold weather

Love the heater BUT ..... .. just a shame it didn't fit properly into the space in the gap that my other Rinnai fitted in to ... waiting for installer to return to fill in gap with a panel ...
