This is our 2nd Oliveri tap, thrilled with the first. This one is not working properly and seems to be missing parts!!Have sought help , still not working correctly

Just renovated the kitchen and wanted to have filtered water without needing to drill two holes in our stone bench top. As the only product in the market that offered this, we were happy to give it a try. We love the small footprint and ease of use. Installation was easy and all the necessary components included. There was an initial leak where a small drip came out of the spout alongside the filtered water but has since reduced and only happens occasionally. A good product, and hopefully there are more offerings on the marked for a 3-in-one system.
