Bought this for my office. It's fast once it starts printing and quiet while waiting for work. The manual feed tray is hyper sensitive about different thicknesses of paper - I alternately feed thick letterhead and envelopes and cheap thin copy paper and #10s envelopes.

Printer offers good bang for the buck, excellent USA based support, yes, they actually speak English. Only issue, drum replacement cost $50.00 more than a completely new printer which contains a full size drum (not a starter sized one). Thus it is best to think of this product as disposable.

Slightly subpar text quality
Oki's B411dn is a network printer with automatic duplexing and - unusually - a parallel port. It prints at a reasonably swift speed of 33 pages per minute (ppm). Like other Oki printers it uses LEDs to create the page image, rather than a laser and mirror, which Oki claims is more robust.
The B411dn is swift and its print quality is above average. Running costs are also above average though.
