Love my rice but have never quite perfected absorption cooking it to my taste. No sogginess, no overcooking. - delayed start means I can set my grain portion to cook and be ready for when I get home. - recipe book with detailed instructions, ease of cleaning, and I mean really easy, and it's compact and lightweight design are additional advantages for my lifestyle. - and last but absolutely not least, the steam function. This versatile feature is my favourite and is usable by itself or at the same time as cooking the rice.
