Unfortunately I had to engage an IT specialist to attempt to get this functioning with Office 2019 and my cloud storage facility; the IT specialist was unsuccessful in installing both Office 2019 and the driver for my storage facility, and had to return the item. Apparently the issue is the type of processor [e.g. ARM] is blocking the functionality. Was disappointed to have to return the item as not suitable for my requirements and use with my apps; and still awaiting the refund or credit to replace it
