So simple to use and is very quick to hear/thaw etc

This is not a review of the products as i haven't received it yet. i ordered this about 5 weeks ago. The website said the item was in stock so i bought it. I was told it would take about two weeks to get it delivered. 5 weeks on and i haven't received any updates. I called the store that was supposed to arrange the delivery and the guy i spoke to said he doesn't even know why their store was chosen to get the item delivered as they didn't even have the item in stock. Here i am a month later getting an email to review the product when i haven't even received it. The lack of updates from Good Guys is horrible. I know the supply chain troubles, product shortages and Covid may have something to do with this but Good Guys should at least make customer aware of this and not list the product as available on their website. Lastly i would have expected from Good Guys to at least keep me updated about the situation via email. I haven't received any updates.
