The service from The Good Guys was impeccable from the initial purchase to the delivery. Communication regarding the delivery was excellent and the delivery guys carried this huge freezer into our garage with a smile. The freezer runs quietly and has taken the first quarter of a beast easily just waiting a couple more months for the 1/2 beast to go in. I would purchase this product again if need be.
