This monitor was very easy to setup and has a great display. The picture is very rich and clear through the displayport connection. It is very flexibile in its positioning with the height and angle adjustment. The only reason it didn't get five star...

I purchased this monitor for my mom. She is 84 years old and just loves it. I hooked this up to a M004U (Chromebox) and the combination works great. I added a HP sound bar and a Kingston wireless keyboard and mouse.

Really Nice Display!

I have low vivion and this display allows me to view large text yet keep lots of info visible without scrolling. It comes out of the box a little too bright. The included HP Display Assistant software makes tweaking much easier. It is a drop-dead simple GUI app.

After a few weeks of use, I am entirely satisfied with my new HP Elitedisplay E271i 27in monitor. I bought this for general use, eyeballed the online test images at lagom.nl, set brightness at 50 and contrast at 80, and pronounced it good for duty.

Good price for IPS/features/quality - Size is right for 1920x1080 and my older myopic eyes - DisplayPort Input - Sturdy height adjustable stand; No assembly required

Lacks HDMI input; If you need HDMI, you will have to spend 10$ to 15$ for an adapter

Top of the Line at 1980 x 1080

For a real insight into the Monitor and it's capabilities, read the in depth review at Tom's Hardware. This Monitor is one of their recommendations, and they are not wrong. I am so glad I purchased this Monitor. It is very high Quality.

This is an incredible Monitor with a lot of great features; The colors on this particular IPS panel are outstanding, as is the provided screen calibration software; This Monitor has height and tilt adjustment, and can swivel 90 for landscape or other mode viewing.

I am in the minority in liking a glossy screen versus a matte screen, but this screen is pretty good, with a semi matte finish; It is not a con to me, but the Monitor does not have HDMI or Speakers, but I like the Display Port I am using; This model is an older model, and is being phased out

HP EliteDisplay E271i

Business users who spend eight or more hours a day staring into a computer screen know the value of a desktop monitor that can cleanly display small text while offering a variety of viewing positions. The HP EliteDisplay 271i does both and more.

Solid color, text, and grayscale performance; Wide viewing angles; Ergonomic stand

No HDMI port; No auto-pivot; Does not support USB 3.0

This monitor is every thing I hoped it would be. The size and clarity are awesome. The colors are true and bright.
