Not very happy with the overall performance of this laptop. I'm not sure if the problem is with the computer itself or windows 10. The staff at ME were very helpful and are lining me up with a replacement.

Good laptop for price range. Can lag a wee bit when doing multiple things but not majorly. Fast and efficient service and delivery from PBTech

FIRST I RECEIVED A DEAD PRODUCT ON 19 OCTOBER, 2018. THEN I REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT / REFUND. AFTER 7 DAYS ON 26 OCTOBER. THIS TIME PRODUCT (HP LAPTOP) WAS OPEN BOX/ USED. FINGER PRINTS AND OTHER SIGN OF USE EVERYWHERE.
